● 抗体生成:根据客户需求,设计并合成具有高免疫原性的抗原。利用杂交瘤细胞制备单克隆抗体,确保抗体的特异性和一致性。通过噬菌体展示技术筛选高亲和力抗体,适用于大规模抗体库的筛选。从免疫动物或感染个体的B细胞中直接筛选出特异性抗体,保留抗体的天然配对和亲和力。
● 抗体工程:将动物源抗体改造为人源抗体,降低免疫原性,提高临床应用的安全性。通过基因工程手段提高抗体的亲和力,增强其结合靶标的能力。重构,包括双特异性抗体、抗体药物偶联物(ADC)等复杂抗体的设计和生产以及亚型或同种型转换,根据客户需求,改变抗体的亚型或同种型,以优化其功能。
