Description
This protein is produced in genetically engineered yeast cells as a fusion protein with human superoxide dismutase (SOD). It covers from Asp 166 to Arg 440 of the HTLV-I envelope protein (isolate ATK-1). It has been purified by differential extraction and gel filtration.
