This double chambered cuvette is designed to allow for the use of dipping objectives with tissues cleared with Visikol HISTO. Visikol HISTO-1 and Visikol HISTO-2 are solvent based tissue clearing techniques and are thus not directly compatible with water based dipping objectives which allow for deeper tissue imaging compared to air objectives. With this double chambered cuvette, the top chamber is filled with water and the bottom chamber is filled with Visikol HISTO-2.
