XSelect Premier CSH C18, 3.5 µm, OBD Prep 10x250 mm Columns use MaxPeak High Performance Surface (HPS) hardware technology which significantly reduces unwanted analyte/surface interactions that can lead to poor peak shape and losses in signal intensity. These columns prevent undesired analyte/surface interactions through the power of MaxPeak HPS Technology, which is designed to increase analyte recovery, sensitivity, peak shape and reproducibility by minimizing analyte/surface interactions that can lead to sample losses. Waters XSelect CSH 130Å, C18, 3.5 µm, particles, being smaller than typical particles, provide ultimate resolving power. This sorbent contains a low, and carefully-defined, concentration of positive charges that yield comparatively excellent peak shape for a variety of molecular types using either FA- or TFA-containing mobile phases. The fact that the performance of a CSH 130Å, C18, sorbent exhibits little dependence on strong ion pairing agents makes it ideal for LC (UV-directed) purification or MS-directed purification. XSelect Premier OBD preparative columns enable exceptional separation performance, robustness and throughput for purification workflows while enabling seamless UPLC to Prep scaling.
