With Syn-Xpress™, you only need to add your expression DNA (plasmid or linear) and, if necessary, specific additives (cofactors, chaperones, ions, etc.) depending on the requirements of your target protein. This configuration provides significant time savings while ensuring high reproducibility. Each Syn-Xpress™ kit has a control plasmid encoding synGFP, a GFP optimized for cell-free expression.
