The HT1080-EGFR-KO cell line lacks endogenous EGFR expression, which is observed in parental HT1080 cells. The cells are designed for in vitro and in vivo studies of EGFR. Parental HT1080 cells were transduced with CRISPR RNP to knock-out EGFR expression. The resulting polyclonal population underwent clonal selection and the selected clone is negative for EGFR expression. This cell line has been tested for mycoplasma contamination and is certified mycoplasma free.
