Our 5x ready-to-use PCR kit contains Hot Start CesiumTaq, made with aptamer-based technology.CesiumTaq is a cold-sensitive double mutant of Taq DNA Polymerase . Due to its suppressed activity at low temperatures this enzyme is designed for hot start PCR performance. Addition of the aptamer further enhances its hot start performance.This kit can be used for conventional as well as real-time PCR. For real time reactions you may need to add a fluorescent dye as an alternative to probes.Kits include enzyme and a separate master mix of buffer, and dNTPs.
