With RockStart Hot-Start PCR buffer system, you can use the enzyme of your choice. The buffer precipitates magnesium to prevent primer-dimers and non-specific products. Upon normal cycling, the magnesium is freed. No initial soak at 95℉ is necessary, and all DNA polymerases tested are effective. Includes RockStart buffer, control buffer, and Magnesium Chloride for 100 50ul reactions.
