▍Humabiologics产品线
● 胶原：以HumaDerm - Human Skin Collagen Type I为代表，非常适合2D和3D细胞培养等应用， 比如包被组织培养表面，可支持细胞快速附着和生长，也能用于制造水凝胶 。在生物墨水和生物打印中，能打印稳定的组织结构；组织工程应用里，其中可以形成成熟且功能性的人体血管。
● 明胶：Huma OsteoGelMA 是 Humbiologics 人骨明胶 Huma OsteoGelatin 的甲基丙烯酸版本，它是从营养丰富的人体骨骼组织中提取的，严格来自符合可移植人体组织要求的组织伙伴。其光交联能力允许可调的 3D 凝胶具有广泛的应用，包括 3D 生物打印、3D 培养以及许多其他组织工程和再生医学研究应用。
● 通用ECM：HumaMatrix是一种冻干的天然人源细胞外基质，可用于包被和水凝胶应用，在pH值约为2.0的稀酸中可溶 。由于其源自富含营养的人体组织，并经过最小限度的专有加工，保留了天然的基质蛋白和生长因子，如胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白、层粘连蛋白、糖胺聚糖等。所用人体组织经过至少HIV - 1和 - 2、乙肝、丙肝及其他感染因子检测呈阴性，仅供研究，储存条件为- 20°C ，分装储存于- 80°C，避免冻融。也提供浓度为20mg/ml的溶液形式，用于制备强水凝胶、生物打印和细胞培养应用 ，可根据需求稀释，有5ml、10ml（2×5 ml ）和25 ml等规格。
● 基质蛋白：ECM中含有多种基质蛋白，如胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白、层粘连蛋白 等，这些基质蛋白为细胞提供结构支持、参与细胞粘附和迁移、信号传导等生理过程。
● 组织特异性ECM：针对特定组织开发的细胞外基质产品，不同组织来源的ECM在理化和生物学特性上存在显著差异，可满足不同组织工程和再生医学研究中对特定组织微环境模拟的需求，为细胞培养和组织构建提供更接近体内真实情况的条件。
● 甲基丙烯酸生物材料：以Huma OsteoGelMA为代表，经过甲基丙烯酸化修饰后，可通过光引发聚合反应等方式形成水凝胶，在生物打印、组织工程等领域应用广泛，可根据不同的应用需求，定制不同的3D结构和性能，并且具有良好的生物相容性，支持细胞的附着和生长 。
