● IHC:凭借先进试剂、自动化技术与专利检测系统的强大支撑,BioGenex IHC能够在福尔马林固定石蜡包埋(FFPE)组织、冰冻切片及细胞学样本中实现精确的抗原定位,提供卓越的亚细胞级分辨率。
● 双重染色技术:双重染色技术可在同一组织切片上同步检测两种不同抗原,为组织形态学与生物标志物共表达研究提供更深入的洞察。该技术在提升实验室效率的同时,可提供更全面的诊断信息。
● 原位杂交技术:是一种稳健且灵敏的分子技术,用于在组织切片中精确检测并定位特定核酸序列。该技术的基本原理基于组织样本中靶核酸序列与经过特殊设计、带有可检测报告分子的核酸探针之间的互补杂交反应。
